PTI Security Systems Europe is a progressive company

PTI will continue to develop its business on the basis of ethical practices, development of products and increased expertise within its organisation. This is in support of PTI’s valued customer base.

Policies

A strategy for development of the business throughout Europe will ensure stability and longevity in for long-term support of self-storage operators.

In 2008 the business moved to new headquarters. This was to accommodate future growth of the organisation. Additional investment has been made in a small storage operation that provides a showcase PTI’s products. This is a working model to assist in development of our integrated security systems and of our own expertise, as we view from an operator’s perspective. This initiative will result in a better understanding of our customer’s needs and help us to better support operators in self-storage.

A guideline for warranty

PTI Security Systems Europe warrants equipment and installation to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of one year from the date of installation, provided recommended maintenance procedures are followed.

In case of failure due to material or workmanship during the warranty period, components found to be defective upon examination by PTI in its sole discretion, will be repaired or replaced with new or factory rebuilt components at the option of PTI. Replacement parts are warranted only for the remaining portion of the original warranty period or 90 days whichever is longer.

The warranty does not extend to normal care and attention, which the operator is expected to provide or to damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, power surge, or other acts of nature. In no event shall PTI Security Systems Europe Limited be liable for any incidental or consequential damages due to any defect or failure of equipment.
