| Benefits | PTI’s stand-alone Falcon Security System is an
independently controlled security system, operating multiple access
and security devices to control security in designated areas. No costly
external software is required to operate PTI’s stand-alone Falcon
Security System. |

to all industry standard management software but is not dependent
on the management software for access updates. In the event of computer
failure, customers facility access is maintained directly in the Falcon
Base Unit. With easy to use instructions silk-screened onto the Falcon
Base Unit, maintaining security is a snap! Facility operators know
that the storage facility and customer’s possessions are secure
and customer satisfaction remains constant. |
| Technology | PTI’s stand-alone Falcon Security System runs
on a RS485 communication network using multi-conductor shielded wire.
A RS485 communication network is used for efficient and consistent
communications from the Falcon Base Unit to the security devices.
18 gauge shielded wire is used for consistent power supply with power
surge protection. |
| Quality | PTI’s Falcon Base Unit is housed in an attractive
and sturdy aluminum case with an easy to use tactile touch pad. The
Falcon Base Unit is a non-volatile device that retains all data in
the event of power failure. PTI’s Falcon Base Unit has 24 functions
ranging from setting up access zones, devices, units and rentals;
operating door alarms, lighting and elevator controls; and report
generation. |

facility office for easy access. PTI’s stand-alone Falcon Security
System can be used in remote locations when manger supervision just
isn’t possible. PTI has innovatively engineered a great remote
solution!
Using Falcon 2000 software, the manager can operate the stand-alone Falcon Security System via modem from a remote office located anywhere. Simply attach a modem to the Falcon Base Unit and update the Falcon 2000 software from the home office site. Falcon 2000 will initiate the update to the Falcon Base Unit via modem. Remote access control has never been so easy! |
